The latest pic on the skyscraper city thread says otherwise, cladding is already on a couple floors

As I see, there is no vertical progress anymore...
They only work on glass curtain walls during last one month although it is so early!!
All neighboring projects that started after the okan tower project exceed the “okan tower project” vertically step by step...
It is so strange!...

Strange Progress

As I heard, they slowed down when they reach to level 25. No more vertical progress last 3 weeks. Also there is no meaning of starting to glass curtain walls at this stage of process (there is still 45 levels for complete the project). Most of glass curtain walls will be damaged if they start to glass works now due to it is so early.

Here are some photos I snapped today of Okan's progress. In the first photo, it is the tallest in the cluster of three towers under construction and you can see the glass rising as well.

The building under construction in the foreground is The Crosby, a 376-foot tall residential tower and the building under construction to its left is Downtown 6th, a 574-foot tall residential tower.

Please excuse the poor image resolution as a result of compression.

They reached to level 34 on August.2025. Almost 4 months have passed and now they reached to level 36... How come?
Construction is going on but it is going very slow...
Something is going wrong, i think... Maybe financial problems, maybe engineering problems, maybe design problems...

It might even never be, given the hiccups in the pace of construction so far, while the Waldorf tower seems to rise steadily and quickly...

I wonder how the math works out on those units

Cipriani is ahead of them all and will eclipse Panorama first.

What a cycle for Miami.

These first 2 show Cipriani Residences on the left. I can't see Okan in these.

Regardless, thanks for the posts!
