It's on the backside of The Toronto Humane Society.

I rode out to the most southern tip of Toronto after work last night. One Yonge looks as tall (it's not) as FCP from this angle. It's going to punch way above it when viewed anywhere from the lake when it's complete.

2 bed, 2 bath condo in downtown Kitchener with a huge outdoor terrace space the width of the condo for $475k?

This doesn't exist in Niagara so what's the catch?

Is the building about to get reassessed with much higher maintenance fees?

Did the KW market overbuild and now there's a glut of condos on the market?
My brain can't comprehend 2 bed/2 bath condos anywhere in southern Ontario for sub $500k pricing, let alone a newer building with huge terrace.

So has Moncton.

Moncton however is not a candidate for the most beautiful or desirable city in Canada.

Neither is Kitchener.

Pffft...when is Toronto gonna start to build some real buildings? It is getting a healthy table-top looking skyline - an 800' tabletop albeit.

Great angle TorontoDrew.

And you get front row view of the Dolly Parton Building.

Probably one of the best things about Kitchener's high-rise boom is that this building doesn't standout like it used to
