This appears to be their first location outside of NYC.

I'm not yet sure what other retail there might be.

There's only one retail space and it's small at 1K Sq. FT.

From their Facebook website at ATX Tower Residence

Honestly it doesn't look so bad. I might be the minority but the dark and wood facade compliments the metal mesh above.

I like it too. Art Deco touches. But the rest of the building not so much.

Too bad they don’t project some kind of laser light show on those massive blank spaces.
Seems like it wouldn’t be a huge investment, and could bring some cool “pizzazz” to downtown.
That might require some imagination though.

That blank wall looks like brick laid poorly. Why are there uneven sections. I mean if done right maybe uneven sections would give it some sort of esthetic but that is just hideous.

They can't even do small area of metal paneling right! Look at these dark panels, warped, dinged, and not trimmed to the doorway opening. Slapdash "good-enough for the masses" in what's supposed to be a premium downtown living building. The place should be boycotted.

You guys are being incredibly judgmental and rude toward a wall that was most likely designed and constructed as part of someone's high school senior design project.

Some cool art on the sidewalk in front of ATX Tower lobby. Maybe the only beautiful thing about this project lol.

I haven't heard anything from the leasing office but I noticed on their website that the earliest available move-in date is now mid-September, which is a 6-month delay from their original March target.

Yeah, I was going to say that there's a reason there aren't too many pictures from the north.

Well ATX Tower's north top looks great compared to that unfinished look on 6xG to the right! Just saying.
