I could be mistaken but I think I saw the Lo Presti building being torn down today ... is this where this project will be ? and has it started already ??

Yes, 48 Ferguson is starting. Still a new 30-storey for the east end of downtown.

oh yes now I remember and YES it is VERY exciting to see these areas fill in !
