I suspect that the fins from the floors above will extend down to the fins on the floor below so there's no gap?
But that would complicate future removal of any single panel for repairs, so maybe not.

It seems like they interlock all the way up with no gap. I have no idea how they would do a panel replacement. Maybe internally? I guess something like Richmond's Paramount office tower has a similar issue.

The glass looks pretty good in person, nothing groundbreaking from what I could see, but a decent looking product.

Still a bummer this one got kneecapped down to 133m, it would have really stood out at 150.

I will be taking the longway home on my commutes home to try and capture the first cantilever beams being installed.
I'll post a YouTube video, once I capture some swinging beams.

The blank walls look good with the fins.

I don't understand why they need to bring the blank walls all the way to the corner, especially when the fins could give it a uniform appearance regardless of where the windows are. Is there no premium to glazed corner units anymore? I pretty much won't live in a condo where the living/dining room doesn't have full glazing on 2 sides.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure the decrease in the amount of glazing on projects is a result of having to meet step code?

It might have something to do with the layout as well. Some of those balconies look into the bathroom of the neighbouring units.
