Went fishing on Monday and although it was a sunny day, it was windier than the forecast called for. The season is still below par. And of course now we have the smoke causing hazy conditions.
Then went to the river on Thursday and there's always something interesting to see when you wade the river.
And seen up north on Saturday on a Civic, rear winter tires are fine. The fronts, which I'm not sure were all seasons or winters, needed to be replaced like years ago. I wonder if they drove on those during this past brutal winter.
And as I was typing this, this reservation police truck came up to me to check what I was up to as I was the only one in the parking lot at the time. Other than yanking my crank I was there to do some photo editing among other internet related stuff as the signal at the cottage is very weak. Anyway, this was in Lafontaine, Tiny, ON, a good 10 minutes away from the reservation. And the guy was a ginger. Could be like a quarter native, who knows, but not sure why he was patrolling and not OPP. He was nice enough and said he was checking up because people pull up at all times of the day and do some sketchy things. This spot is located next to an LCBO (liqour store) afterall.
