I think it will be pretty well-utilized because of it's unique size (roughly half the size of The Cell/Wrigley) and location. I imagine the Chicago Stars, our women's soccer team, would want to play here. I could also see the Chicago Hounds rugby team wanting to play here if they still exist in a few years.
The teams currently in SeatGeek Stadium that want to grow their fan-bases are prime opportunities.
