Meh, the surface parking isn't overly visible. A couple extra floors on the Hyatt would have been nice but I actually like the way this entire area is coming together including the Hyatt. I've never personally heard much negative commentary from Monctonians about it being too "suburban". Only really heard this from skyscraper forum types. The additions of the bunker and baton rouge have made a nice "town square" / city centre feel to this area, and it looked incredible with the patios full during the playoff run.

When I have friends who come in from Halifax they always remark how impressed they are with the changes in Downtown Moncton

Once the Crowne gets its exterior renovations completed its going to look much better.
