Only gripe from me is that this should've been taller, like double its current height. Such a beautiful and majestic building and if taller, could be seen from further away.

The office lobby is double height, it's just the retail that has a low ceiling.
probably due to a view cone limit for overall building height.
Office lobbies seem to be getting smaller and smaller sq ftage-wise,
in favour of retail space.
It was also sold as strata, so minimizing common areas and maximizing return.

E1 got removed but the QE upper view cone is the same just below the observation platform of Harbour Centre.

I would have gone with the VIA Architecture infill just for the exterior lighting feature.

It looks like Starbucks has officially bailed on the 320 Granville location.

I never really understood why they were going in there with the existing location in the Station plaza area.

They are also (re)opening a new location in the Waterfront Centre food court just a block West. (Previous store closed in 2021).

It seemed like it was close to opening (fully renovated) which makes it even more bizarre.

And they still have active job listings for that space.
