the SoCreds were the best in my opinion. WAC built the highways and infrastructure we needed (BC Hydro, BC Highways, BC Ferries, etc). and his son, Bill Bennett built SkyTrain, Coquihalla, 91 Connector, etc.
they built them quickly, and efficiently. i would love governments like WACs, Bills, again.
