The New Bay project has failure written all over it. Give it a couple of years and any space they take over will be empty again. I'd rather have a solid tenant in those instead. The issue is, there's not many of those left these days. Simons would probably do well at Bayshore since they don't have any location in the West End. Perhaps a Decathlon too.
