It has been, but nice to see a reminder of what's coming.

Oh? I had thought they replaced the tower with a commercial building? I believe there were even renderings on here of it?

They showed a podium stub, but did not pursue that.

Did he say how lease-up is going? Interested to compare it to Stationlands as they are around 65% leased right now.

It looks like they are digging the foundation for a second tower at Westblock (142 st and Stoney Plain Rd). The interweb says 104 units, 6 storey

Any idea what is going on with that empty lot where the BOM building used to be?

How long do we have to deal with no construction in a prime location such as that?

Regency could still develop it, IF the market warrants, but my guess is that they will look to sell again. Rumours have it in the $10-12mil range.

Wasn't that supposed to be a sister tower to the first one?

I think Westrich can be talked into buying that - right, Cold?

Shame that it will be demolished. At the very least wish the existing school could stay and that the new school could just be an extension to it rather than full replacement. It feels like a lot of these old schools in Edmonton are slowly disappearing.

The blame lies with Alberta Premier Bimbo and her clown show.

Ouch. The low rise is one hell of a downgrade from the original, far more cohesive design.
