I would have to do some indepth research to find pre-2010 election results, but Walter Lonc seems to me to be someone who was a perpetual candidate for city council. I last see record of him running in 2010, where he came second to Matt Brown in Ward 7 with about 20% of the vote. Interesting in that race is he beat out the former editor of the London Free Press, and partner of The Londoner paper, Phil McLeod. Typical of the old time Northwest London car centric folk who caused the city sprawl and say their taxes are too high that nothing should be spent elsewhere in the city.
