I'm curious what the interface will be to the grass and drive of the Concord Brentwood project to the north?
Maybe a garage entrance - but the rest might be blank wall (like the south side of Concord Brentwood?)

There aren't any super clear renderings of that area. I assume it's a shared podium lobby going to each building (like with the first phase). It looks like there will be a parkade entrance right when you come off that roundabout but I assume there's some lobby/pickup point as well.

The side shown in the video is just the side facing the traffic circle.

Came across an old site plan for Concord Brentwood and compared it to the current plan.
The "Parkside" phase changed from 4 towers to 5, and shifted slightly to the south, narrowing the parkspace a bit.

I don't think they lost park space but they seem to be building right against most of the boundaries of the site. Before there was a buffer that made the park seem larger.

2015

The proposed park area measures approximately 4.1 hectares (10.13 acres), which is to be added to the 1.29 hectares (3.19 acres) currently within City ownership. The result will be a total park area of approximately 5.39 hectares (13.32 acres).

Concrete trucks carry around 10 cubic metres but they only carried 8 cubic metres because of some hills that increase the risk of it spilling out of the drum.

1000 cubic yard pour of that transfer slab. The colored concrete is where they add colour to verify certain areas get higher strength concrete.

The 2018 rezoning for Phase 2 included the extension bit not sure 100% if it's happening. There was also a new Lougheed/Delta intersection

I would say that would be dictated by the parking access to those towers in phase 2. Yukon Cres seems to have already enough traffic to 4 towers of phase one, I would speculate that parade access would be through Dawson Street.

It seems like there's one parking entrance off of Dawson..

3.5 A master phasing and servicing covenant for the Woodlands Master Plan has been
executed and outlines the required servicing for each phase of development.
Notwithstanding, the Director Engineering will be requested assess the need for any
further required services to the site, including, but not necessarily limited to:
• construction of Dawson Street across the development frontage to its final Town
Centre collector standard with a separated urban trail, street trees, street and
pedestrian lighting, and related pubUc amenities;
• construction of a bridge connection on Dawson Street across Stickleback Creek;
• construction of Yukon Crescent to Town Centre to its final local road standard with
separated sidewalks, street trees, rain gardens, and street and pedestrian lighting;
• construction of the Douglas Road/Delta Avenue and Lougheed Highway intersection
with street and pedestrian lighting, an updated traffic signal, left turn lanes, and
pedestrian and cycling crossings on all legs of the intersection. The required works
are to maintain and improve the functionality of the existing intersection.
• construction of a new asphalt public pedestrian walkway with cycling provisions
adjacent along the north property line adjacent Phase lb;
• construction of a new crushed granite public pedestrian pathway within the
Stickleback Creek Riparian corridor adjacent the east property line;
• storm, sanitary sewer and water main upgrades as required;
• proportionate contribution toward replacement of the Beta Avenue sanitary pump
station; and,
• proportionate contribution toward proposed Beta Avenue pedestrian and cycling
overpass.
