He's still pretty vague. I actually bet he tries to push through another pipeline. Especially if he wins a decent amount of Urban Alberta ridings and gets shut out on Vancouver Island. Strongly recommend pro oil Albertans vote Liberal.
Meanwhile PP will repeal bill C-69 which cripples our industry but likely just sees a full blown battle with the provinces and Indigenous to get anything done and his ideological aversion to anything government funded means after 4 years there will be exactly zero shovels in the ground.
I think the best approach would be an absolutely expedited Northern Gateway, removal of the emissions cap and a new carbon solidarity tax on all oil production funding all sorts of green largesse.
