Staff preparing notification - To rezone from R1-1 to CD-1 to allow for the development of a 6-storey residential rental building with 115 units under the Secured Rental Policy. An FSR of 2.74 and a building height of 22.1 m (73 ft.) are proposed. There is relocation of the existing TELUS telecommunications utility building ("Central Office") to the northeast corner of the site.
