Well looking online, I see there were job postings 2 months ago on LinkedIn for Lululemon.

"Store Manager - Charlottetown Pop Up (13-month contract)" and "Assistant Manager - Charlottetown Pop Up (13-month contract)".

UPDATE: Jobs are also on their official career website: https://careers.lululemon.com/en_US/care...4&listFilterMode=1&jobRecordsPerPage=10&

I hope this is permitted and rezoned. Why the city wanted them to reduce the height by two floors to eight floors, kinda stupid! What difference and are we planning for the future or not? Pitter patter let's get her done!
Hopefully this gets going soon as the developer is anxious to start.

9 Capital Dr
Interior Demolition - Calvary Temple Church
Ewan Bowman

This may be the start of this project. The roof has been missing on this Calvary Church since Fiona. The two eight storey apartments may be a way off. The church is working with a development company (BDI) to demolish and rebuild the church while also developing a two tower 400 unit apartment complex.

Quick question,

Anyone knows what's going on with the KFC on University Ave? I drove by it earlier tonight and seen the inside being renovated and the outside of the building where the logos on red siding was replaced with orange siding. Taco bell??

Ah okay, but still.. curious as to what's happening with that location.

Will it reopen as KFC or something else, Mary Browns would be cool. The Stratford location is really good quality.

I think maybe they are doing an interior demolition so they can renovate. Lots of insulation waiting outside so maybe it's a reno and new roof!

If it's the ones at the little green house, that's not for the spencer drive extension - it's part of the Flourish development. Spencer drive is the two between the green house and Mt Edward grocer.

I know the Spencer Dr extension is a go this summer. Thanks for pointing out the Florish move on the green house. I wasn't sure where the steel beams were located and thought they were for the Spencer Ext.
Also, I noticed they tore down the house at 179 Mt Edward Rd. For what reason I'm not sure.

it's a 2 acre parcel, so i think they'll try and get approval for multi unit. i had looked at it in the past for same. the parcel next door is also a 2 acre. need 3 acres for CDA development, so if they could get both, they could potentially do it.

The development would include housing, a pharmacy, AND a new church

Chesapeake Apartments second apartments foundation is in progress. I haven't seen any renderings on this. I assume it'll be the same as its neighbour.
