I'm completely turned around with all these renders haha hard to get a sense of what is where, overall. But in general they're different looking. Some look more traditional, ie: square and brick. The rest obviously do not. We'll see how they actually turn out.

There are ten buildings. We haven't seen: Number Ten (which takes up two sites), LM (UWCRC), Prairie, and another ATLRG (the silver one in the renderings)

I like what has been shown. So, 10 buildings, 13 spots, so 3 remain empty til next round?

all the buildings will happen at the same time...a couple are a few months behind.

The two at the bottom right are Number TEN (really one connected building). Top right is LM. Top left is Prairie. Square one in the middle of the left courtyard is another ATLRG.

The LM, Prairie and Number Ten all read as two buildings on the site plan but they are one....they have passageways on the ground floor.

Number10 is more of what I was expecting, much more "normal" than a multi angular building. not sure how all these will "blend in" together or I assume they wont and that what they want. i really think it'll be limited amount of people wanting to live in potentially unfunctional designed space.

The quality of the public realm i think is what will tie everything together, that's the part The Forks needs to nail.

Nice work TV! Lots of gorgeous details in the brick work. The arches, rounded off edges, and cornice are really beautiful. And those are some massive windows too.

I would be happy to see a design like this in pretty much any neighbourhood in winnipeg.

Fabulous design, I'm a little surprised the Forks didn't try and get most things to at least be in a similar realm of design. Looking forward to seeing everything come together nonetheless.
