Lovely looking project!

I wonder how much those townhomes on the base cost… (in a sensible world those townhomes should be no more than 350,000, with condos starting at 150,000 to 500,000 for the penthouses, but we all know that won’t be the case!)

Anyone got new pics of Water Street by the Park? Any updates on UBCO? Have they started pouring the slab yet?

Just saw this posted on Castanet. Looks like they'll start pouring next week. This will be the most insane project for Kelowna.

Love seeing downtown creep north into the industrial area. Kelowna is going to have a hell of a skyline in a few years!

Foundation slab pour the the UBCO downtown campus was completed yesterday. 3,858 cubic meters placed over 16 and a half hours, reportedly the entire operation cost over $5 million.

Damn they actually did it, and they didn't get dozens more lawsuits in the process

Great shot

Kelowna's skyline is so spread out now it's tough to capture it all yet the photographer did just that
