Yes, this building has been executed well and hopefully is just as nice from the inside. Simple form should provide for efficient layouts.

This build and Nuvo look almost identical and they're relatively close to each other. For a while I didn't realize they were separate projects.

The balconies (especially once Nuvo's get installed) will show them apart and how difference they are from each other.

I like this one for its simplicity and its understated elegance.

It's a no-fuss straight-forward design and execution.

Burnaby and Richmond are doing a good job removing those power poles. Much better than Vancouver

Hooray! Overall, this project turned out great. I just hope that they will be adding a southbound left-turn lane on Willingdon, since traffic is getting pretty bad. They did widen the road, but it is unclear if this is the plan or if they just added on-street parking space.

I think they still need to add a bike path or something?

This turned out great.

I would say too bad it's so far from everything else, but I imagine the residents won't be complaining on that front.

A nice little gem on that corner of Maywood and the Willingdon stretch.

Yep, they did a good job.

Just a minor critique is that water seems to be pooling on the road all around the property like a moat. Not sure if the road is final, but it might need better pavement.
