While everything you say is true, the Liberals are also running from 9.5 years in government, a toxic legacy among a sizeable portion of the electorate, and an affordability crisis among the youth. So as much as they have some good things holding them up (blank slate, accredited candidate, new leader) they also have some anchors pulling them down.
