It's going to be a
Fen's Market.
I think this quote is key to explaining the move:

As part of this exciting transition, we are thrilled to introduce the new Mrs. Dunster’s Bakery Café concept at our upcoming location. This drive-thru and eat-in café will allow customers to enjoy a freshly brewed Mrs. Dunster’s coffee paired with one of our signature sweet treats. Whether it's a donut, muffin, tea biscuit, or cookie, we're making it easier than ever for our customers to enjoy their favourite baked goods on the go.

They are moving to the Shediac Road exit from the TCH in the hope to get business from drowsy drivers looking for a cup of Joe and a sweet treat on the way through the city.
This will be a risky change in their business model. They are moving 6 km away from their core clientele in Moncton East and Dieppe in the hopes of attracting new business from the TCH. Only time will tell if this was a proper move.
Fen's are being aggressive in their Moncton expansion. They opened a market at the Magnetic Hill exit (in association with A&W } just a couple of years ago, have plans for a new market at the Mapleton exit (in association with Denny's and Starbucks), and now are opening this location at the Shediac Road exit in association with McBun's.
That's three Fen's at three different TCH exits. The commonality between all three locations seems to be Petro-Canada.
