This development will be 7 miles south of the planned Payson Frontrunner station. (my first post was a mistake)

Utah City photo update:

View from the Front Runner station parking lot

What the Front Runner station looks like currently. It's completely isolated right now. Hopefully in 10 years this will be a vibrant, urban station. We can hope, right?

The construction going on over here is pretty surreal. It's a downtown being created out of thin air in a massive empty field. I genuinely like the idea though, and I really hope that I'm not disappointed. If they do this right, this has the potential to be one of the most walkable / urban spots in not only Utah County, but the whole state.

Didn't know construction on Utah City had started, that's exciting to see! Still wish they'd change the name though.

Thanks for this update, I was also thinking about Utah City recently and was wondering what was happening there. Very interesting...

Thanks guys for posting those updates on Vineyard's Utah City. They just had the groundbreaking for the Huntsman Center Campus. Updated, rendering shows what will be an attractive project. Also, I think the Bella grocery market is going to be a cool addition, and I think it's under construction. If any of you live in that area keep the updates coming. A lot of us are very interested in watching the progression of that huge project.

Huntsman Center:

Depicted here in an architectural rendering, the 272,000-square-foot facility is scheduled to open in the fall of 2028. Photo courtesy of Huntsman Cancer Institute.

Looks like they've broken ground on a Cancer Center in Saratoga Springs. Amazing the amount of Health care related developments are happening all over the Wasatch Front. I'm anxious to see what B.Y.U. comes up with for their new Medical School.

I walk by that area frequently. I'll try to snap some pics the next time I'm there.
