My work day was cut short so I took a look around this morning.
From my observations, there is no second crane, the image below is what I believe was mistaken for a tower crane mast.
GenWhy? probably saw that shoring on the North West corner before the 4th and above floors were there.
But hey! Thanks anyways GenWhy? for your post, it revealed some interesting, informative follow up postings

Oh correct that shoring wasn't there when I walked by. That's a cantilever I assume? Guess I'll walk by tomorrow and see

Yes those corners taper off at the base. In the drone video from Bosa you can see one of those sections laying sideways in the centre of the work site.

Ok, I'll go to plan B, pass myself off as an office worker in the building.

With all the height relaxation in past few years, I hope this projects could have gone back to the original height their were going for. I hope it will turn out exciting and great, and not stubby like it looked on some of the renderings.

the floorplate in person is small so the building will look skinny due to its proportions (height vs width).

Pretty sure it's the right project. They said it's been the deepest excavation to date in the city 35m/115 feet

Glass and fins are up on the northeast corner. It looks good and dynamic, if a little bit industrial.

I think it will look good with the neighbouring office building (the fins of the new building are a callback to international style)

Was driving so couldn't grab a picture.

Nice, I didn't expect fins. Could just be a treatment at the base.
