This is the biggest CFL myth there is, (usually spouted by the NFL wannabes). It doesn't "reward" failure, it penalizes the opposing team for not running the ball out.
The CFL doesn't need dead plays like the NFL and its "fair catch"
And if it's "so Canadian" that is supposed to be a bad thing? You want to be an American right now? Really?
