Some renderings I haven't seen before in this Sept 2024 Development Permit Panel with some minor revisions to the facades above the retail units. I've only circled the outside of the project but it's nice to know there's a retail element on the inner road.

Ugh, not a fan of this trend of boxing-out round building features in every renovation, especially when they're keeping the arched skylight anyway. Not great for wayfinding anyway when the exterior form has no relationship to the interior. I would've cladded the main arch in bronze metal, and make it distinct from the rest of the reno:
