Quite a shift in this area from the prior 50 years. Strange to see a place where I spent some good years in my youth evolve into a far more urban corner of the city.
I'm sure I'll get a lot of flack for this, but 30 floors on that side of the street seems a bit steep. 20 floors was more in line with what I would expect to step down into the neighbourhood to the north.
No doubt a certain someone will call me a NIMBY, but I don't think a NIMBY would even accept anything above three floors, if anything at all.
