+15C in Moncton at 9 AM and overcast. A vigorous weather front will pass through later today (same one that caused the tornado outbreak in the southern US). A heavy rainfall warning has been issued. This is a cold front, and, on the trailing edge tomorrow morning, we may get a protracted period of freezing rain in southeastern NB (about four hours). Temperatures will rebound following this. Back up to +12C on Wednesday.

I think we reached 10c yesterday. It was a bit windy with spots of rain.

Din Tai Fung (Taiwanese dumpling and noodle chain) is about to open in Vancouver. I'm happy.

So much snow melted the last 3 days that the back of my property partially flooded and I'm nowhere near a a stream or river. There has to be about a foot of water. The snow was soft and didn't have time to harden so it melted very fast. It's all gone except for a couple of piles at least, otherwise I'd be a little concerned.

It's still lovely. Sky has a blue haze, not sure what that's about this time of year.

It's still a nice day in Vancouver, mostly sunny, about 6°C.

3C this afternoon and overcast.

It was 10C last night and the temperature has been slowly dropping since then.

The warmspot was Cheticamp and Greenwood, NS at 19.9C.

Warmest low was Kentville, NS at 14.0C. It would be the highest low in 2025 if it holds.

High of 14 and sunny today - great weather for mid-march. High of 18 tomorrow as well, but clouds are supposed to roll in a bit more.

Cold returns on the weekend with highs in the low single digits.

Plenty of warmth and sunshine, high of 17.1 today. The first crocus in my garden bloomed yesterday. Tulips, daffodils, hyacinths and other spring flowers are all sprouted and it's feeling pretty spring-like after this 10-day stretch of warm weather. I was in Florida last week (booked before the trade war bs) and it was 21.5 when I landed in Detroit on Saturday. A pretty easy transition compared to some returns from warm places.

Kitchener is looking big in that video still.

It was an East Vancouver kind of day. Cool and calm at 8C.

7C and sunny. Decent day especially since there wasn't too much wind.

Low of -5C (wind chill of -7) this morning.

The warmspot was Windsor, ON at 18.9C.

Warmest low was St John's West (AAFC), NL at 8.5C.

Yesterday, Cheticamp, NS ended up with an official low of 13.6C. That is the new highest of the year.

Yesterday was practically a summer day - 19.2C in my backyard. Today the temperature is dropping fast. Should be freezing fog and drizzle soon enough.

Heading up to 20C here today, then a nice slow fall back into reality. 13C tomorrow, 8C Friday then back to 0C- 4C range right into the first week of April with the threat of snow. Gotta love spring.
