Just south of Health building. I forgot the city sent out an RFP in 2017 and somehow chose Goldenberg...

Goldenberg Group puts part of South Broad development site up for sale
https://www.bizjournals.com/philadel...oldenberg.html

The property up for sale at 512 S. Broad St. includes the three-story former World Communications Charter School, which is vacant. The 46,359-square-foot building was built in 1924, according to JLL’s listing. It sits on the northwest corner of Broad and South streets.

Goldenberg Group bought the building for $10 million in 2016, according to property records.

The city put the health center property up for sale and issued a request for qualifications in 2017 and selected Goldenberg Group over Dranoff Properties, Scannapieco Development Corp., LCOR and Linden Lane Capital Partners.
