These apartments will make a big impact on the area. That property has been vacant for years.
I like how they engage with the park and Lancer Way.

Millcreek and Holladay have shown Draper what is possible with a little bit of vision. This would be phenomenal for the area.

Thank you for the clarification. I hope they are able to pull off what they show! I've been excited to see the growth of town centers throughout the valley and hope more continue to be built.

I wish it looked less uniform. There's no height diversity or even style diversity. It just looks like a lifestyle center.

Paniolo Man, Do you know anything about the 4800 Lofts in Murray? I can't seem to find any updates past the Fall of 2023. It was supposed to have been completed in 2024. Wondering if it stalled or what?

Central Metro - The 4800 Lofts Project - Murray

4800 South Galleria Drive

This is a 371-Unit + 18,000 Sq Ft Commercial Space Community Project. developed by Next Level Homes and partnering with RidgeMark will add another new
community at the heart of the Central Metro City of Murray offering everything you need! This modern community in Murray includes two spacious studio floor
plans, as well as large one- and two-bedroom apartments for all your living needs.

With the generous commercial space, you’ll have access to many unique stores, restaurants, and more! Living in a mixed-space community combines the luxuries
of home with the ease of shopping and fun. Everything you need is all connected.

Some crude images of that new Midvale Main St project from front and back. The food truck park down the road is complete as well but I didn't manage to get pics of that
