I'd be ok with the concert hall on the right there being permanent.

But the ice rink area would be perfect for a tower at some point in my life...or my kids lives!

It would be nice if those rinks could be used for practice ice. Maybe some underground cooling systems. There is significant shortage of ice for hockey in the City.

I'm old enough that I remember playing all my games and practices outdoors. It wasn't always fun when it was really cold, but on days like this it would be spectacular.

Agree 100%.

Put the park on 105th behind rogers. That'd be sweet.

If built as is shown, for god sakes do permanent bathrooms :/
