I have been watching the weather across the country, I get weather notices from Ab, Sask Man and Ont. This last 24hrs I have had notices about the extreme cold conditions ending. Slowly moving through Ab and Sask now into Man.

For here I'd say -15C.

As for today, it is chilly (-7) and sunny. Dark clouds hanging over the lake but not impacting the sun

It depends so much on the wind.

But, I would say around southeastern NB, anything below -20C feels cold.

Bitterly cold - I'd say -2 if its cloudy and -4 if its sunny. Anything below 7 isn't fun to be honest.

What is bitterly cold for me in Vancouver, -5c , especially when working an open air construction site, working with water (coring) at -6 or lower is a no go for me.
Yes the west coast has made me soft.

It seemed to be in two parts, with a pause in the middle, similar in intensity to ones I felt here before. CBC radio had an emergency announcement to take cover.
