• Consumer Centres has acquired Loch Lomond Place. The company’s mission is to turn around properties that are under-performing.
  They mention in their announcement on LinkedIn that plans are in motion for enhancement of its appeal and reposition the property into a modern retail destination.

• Plaza REIT is selling 944 Fairville Boulevard on the west side, (the extension of Fairville Boulevard Plaza).
  The advert on LinkedIn says 45,000 square feet is ready for more development on the 2.49 acres property.

$4M for Loch Lomond and it comes with the vacant PANs behind it, 01548679 and 01537424. What's even in there? A dollar store, Trane offices, Dooly's... the Tim's on the northern corner. That's it. IIRC Crombie REIT owned it.
