Aura is the fourth tallest tower in the city. It's the 3rd tallest by roof height. (for those people) It's the 7th tallest including under construction. It's still is unimaginably tall and especially since Concord Sky is still a mid rise.

According to the Pinnacle One Yonge site, there are only 19 units left, and everything above the 78th floor has been sold out. They are still using the old tower design on their website though.

Burnaby's Sky Park should be on this list. At 230m or 755ft it should be tied with Sugar Wharf.

The first page is so out dated. Not sure why the creators don't keep it updated.

As of right now, the top 10 list is:

1. Sky Tower, Toronto= 346.7m
2. The One, Toronto= 308.6m
3. Concord Sky, Toronto= 300.3m
4. Forma East, Toronto= 262.8m
5. CIBC Square II, Toronto= 241.0m
6. Canada House I, Toronto= 231.9m
7. Grand Tower, Burnaby= 230.1m
8. 11 Yorkville, Toronto= 221.9m
9. 8 Elm St, Toronto= 218.2m
10. The Pemberton, Toronto= 215.8m

The Concord tower will be off the list soon, 160 Front is done, First phase of Sugar Wharf towers are also done.

The next ones on deck for this list will be either Pinnacle's 3rd Tower in Toronto (307.7m), Forma's West Tower in Toronto (308.0m), The Hub in Toronto (304m to antenna), or Sugar Wharf's next phase in Toronto (283.6m). All of these are long shots in this current business environment and are likely years away from beginning construction.

How many of these have solid sales behind them? Forma does, does it not? I know the architect isn't deciding things but any delay means he likely won't live to the ground breaking.

Someone told me The Hub was canceled in the city compilations thread. I was disappointed since I always want to see major office developments even if that wasn't my favourite design.

The Hub has certainly not been cancelled. On the contrary they are shovel ready and talking to major tenants at this very moment.

None of the condos I mentioned in the coming soon pipeline have started sales. That's why Im saying they are long shots right now given the brutal condo market in TO. On the positive side, construction costs are dropping. So hopefully we see some movement on them in the coming years.

As per FORMA, the first tower (262.8m) has already broken ground and is currently on the 5th floor atm. That one is moving full steam ahead. The larger tower (308m) has not started sales and has not announced a timeline.

Oh well that's something anyway. But who knows when it'll start.

Ah that makes sense. I didn't know they were already above ground on FORMA first tower.

Totally agree anything that hasn't sold is delayed or possibly dead unfortunately. We had a good run. 20+ years of nearly uninterrupted growth.

The Hub is in the same spot as Commerce Court 3, Union Park, Union Centre, etc. It's probably going to take multiple leases at discounted rates to get any of these towers off the ground. Why would Union Park have been redesigned if the office market for these towers was heating up?

Sales aren't as dire in Vancouver as they are in Toronto. 2025 maybe the year of Burnaby

The One has now reached it's 4th and final mechanical level bringing it within a few feet of the 1000 ft mark. Just 12 residential floors after and rooftop mechanical to go. source: cdn.skyrisecities.com

Was walking down Bloor West recently and noticed the big name stores are bigger and flashier as ever, but there was surprisingly a lot of smaller storefronts empty.

Hopefully The One can help breathe some new life into these locations just down the street.

Correct. 6 more floors to go plus mechanical feature on top. She sits about 920ft (280m) presently. Approx another 92 feet (28m) in height to go before its topped out. Should happen sometime in June.

Same! I remember driving down Yonge with my parents thinking how tall The Bay and CIBC looked.
