Theres a slip lane located at the set of lights where pembina briefly turns off onto westbound corydon. The light is just before it. I've noticed that almost every time im sitting at the light, when it turns green and gives me the OK to turn right merge onto corydon, the pedestrian walking sign is also lit up. Is this not super dangerous? These should not be operating independently I don't think. Sometimes ill come from osborne, turn right onto pembina and I'm about to merge onto corydon and the pedestrian light is lit up at the same time that I have a green light. There should either be a yield sign like at any other slip lane or the pedestrian light should never be on while the light is green.
I'd like to give pedestrians the benefit of the doubt here and say most look both ways before crossing anyways, but I feel like this is a disaster waiting to happen.
I can't be the only one..

Yeah, that intersection is kind of confusing.
