Totally. And for what purpose anyways? The existing alignment is functional, just needs to be twinned. And in landforms like this, that would be astronomical and beyond overkill. Even a North Barren Lake Bypass is a bit absurd. All that is needed there is a RIRO and redirect local traffic to interchanges.
