So is this currently the most anticipated tower(s) now that 400 Albert is more or less wrapped up on the exterior and it's 3rd tower to seemingly have the same design language?

I feel like it is. Twin towers over 100m. Possibly a very unique cladding and roofline. Very prominent location that won't be crowded by other towers. Potentially amazing podiums and ground interaction.

There's also the Marriott Renaissance, which could make or break the entire Relevé complex.

Fair. I'm just assuming its going to be designed in the same way which takes away a bit of its allure. Being smushed into the core as well. The strip along Parkdale is so prominent from many locations for example. Dale 1 is one of the most noticeable buildings in the city at the moment.

The drive EB on Albert St. towards the core, especially as you come over the bridge above the Line 2 tracks, offers a pretty impressive view of the skyline that's changed drastically in the last half-decade. Between the 400 Albert towers, Claridge Moon (incl. its light feature), Zibi, and the first tower at East Flats, this view caught me off guard a bit as I was making this drive just after sunset the other day.

One thought that came to mind is that it's funny that, just as the skyline view from this angle began to get interesting, it will be largely blocked by the Dream towers.

the drive on the parkway as you pass the Commanda Bridge is similar but wont be obscured by Odenak super nice drive and the depth and density of the skyline is pretty apparent from here.

It is kind of fascinating, looking at the StreetView history, how much that view has changed since 2009:

I think it was fast and easy to excavate because it was a soil embankment, not the bedrock we see with most excavations in central Ottawa.

I would expect the podium process to be a bit on the slow side given there are multiple floors all with different configurations but once they hit the main tower with fly forms it will go fast. Typically a floor a week. Are both towers being done at the same time or will the second lag behind?

Podium should be pretty slow, but almost as exciting as the towers themselves. We haven't seen a podium this intricate in a while (if ever).
