Re: Docks. I know there will be a requirement for some sort of memorial to Tina Fontaine.

Interestingly, from what I heard, this was kind of the committee's idea thinking they needed to acknowledge/be sensitive to it. But when they went to some Indigenous groups and elders, they didn't really seem to care about it and said the goal should be to just design something functional and useful to the area that attracts people and gives kids a place to hang out and enjoy the river. But the committee still wants it included, lol.

Looks to me like there is at least one if not two CRUs on the south side. Maybe one plus a gym or the lobby.
