There is still 68km, which is fairly substantial, but yes, that's the remaining gap.

There is a small stretch going into Sudbury as well to connect to 17 that needs to be done, but that stretch is already "4 lanes", just not up to freeway standards.

I am interested to see how the completion of the project changes perceptions in Northern Ontario. Getting Sudbury onto the "400 series" network will make it feel a lot more integrated with the rest of the province, I think.
