Plan for one of San Francisco's tallest towers included as part of new vision for Caltrain railyard
Prologis and Caltrain will unveil a plan for 20 acres of railyards along San Francisco’s Townsend Street that could include one of the tallest towers ever proposed in the city.
The pair believe that Caltrain's 4th and King Street station would be well suited to host what could become the crown jewel of their large-scale redevelopment effort:
an 850-foot-tall tower, according to an early conceptual plan for the site presented at a virtual community meeting Dec. 11."
