Did anyone here attend the Planning Commission meeting yesterday?

In addition to the presentation of the new iteration of 10 South Van Ness, they were supposed to discuss 30 Van Ness (Hayes Point) and the exemptions that could make it economically viable to resume construction...

11/30/2024 - SF Yimby - New building permits have been requested for the 22-story proposal at 1101-1123 Sutter Street in Lower Nob Hill, San Francisco. The latest application shows that the number of affordable units has more than doubled, from 38 to 102 units, while the overall capacity is still to be 303 residences. Martin Building Company is responsible for the development, with design by David Baker Architects. This one will standout in the neighborhood. The site is the location of the former funeral home building which still stands today.

^ Might make sense to start a thread for this one as more news comes out?

Biz Journals article: https://www.bizjournals.com/sanfrancisco...-sf-caltrain-prologis-redevelopment.html

"Plan for one of San Francisco's tallest towers included as part of new vision for Caltrain railyard

Prologis and Caltrain will unveil a plan for 20 acres of railyards along San Francisco’s Townsend Street that could include one of the tallest towers ever proposed in the city.
The pair believe that Caltrain's 4th and King Street station would be well suited to host what could become the crown jewel of their large-scale redevelopment effort: an 850-foot-tall tower, according to an early conceptual plan for the site presented at a virtual community meeting Dec. 11."

Am I the only one who's having issues loading pages on the forum? I feel like it's real slow lately and barely loading at all. I've been avoiding visiting for the last month or so as a result of how processor-heavy it's been.

Sounds like it's your phone/device/computer.

Aside from some really annoying intermediate ads, things have been pretty fast for the last several weeks.

A large residential(?) project is being excavated on Sacramento between Spruce and Locust. Does anybody know what that site will become?
