Amen! Based on the architectural renderings, the tower has reached a key transition stage between its office and residential sections, and this level will include 1072's "Sky Garden" which is unlike any of the other floors and likely a bit more complicated. Such a transition breaks the rhythm of vertical progress than observers might have gotten used to. The much smaller residential floors will rise is quick succession after this transition is complete.
All the while, the more tedious work on the ramp section of the parking podium has steadily continued along the west side of the 10-level base. Parking decks are heavy, complicated, and more difficult to form, and require the most time to complete. The genius of this project is that the main podium was built first to allow the tower to rise while the ramps were still under construction.
