It's too prime a location, even in this tough office market.
Sitting right on top of a future major transit hub on the second biggest employment corridor in Vancouver.
There's no way they don't eventually lease out all that office space.
I quite like how this project turned out.
It's one of those rare occassions where the built form nearly identically matches the design proposal renders.
I wonder what's going to go in the adjacent lot to the East once the skytrain station/subway is complete and the staging area gets cleared out.
