Wink FORT LAUDERDALE | 315 NE 3rd Street | 615 FT | FLOORS

This was originally called "Sela Hotel Condo" by H Group Capital. It fell through following a 6 million foreclosure.

Now there's an FAA filing for 4 corners of the site reaching 615 FT above ground.

This would be the tallest building in Fort Lauderdale. The developer is either proposing these heights for a future project or using it to sell the property at a higher price.

I don’t understand that. Why there is no super tall tower in Ft Lauderdale?? Why they can’t have more than 50 floors or even more.

Nice! Crazy to think Fort Lauderdale's tallest will be a mid-block building. The city is starting to develop many canyons and and street walls.
