So, what is this? Low-income housing?

Their investment in Scape Kingsford in Sydney resulted in a stylish and hotel-like student accommodation, featuring 381 well-designed, fully-equipped rooms. This isn’t an issue of whether it can be done, but rather whether there is a willingness to do it. The crux lies with the developer and the architect. If they approach the project half-heartedly, focused only on profit, it’s inevitable that the result will be something unappealing. Moreover, considering the importance of this location and the fact that the building may stand for decades, delivering something subpar would be an irresponsible blight on Midtown. If you had seen where I lived when I was at university. I think you would have thought it was some kind of boarding house. By the way, my university was also so-so. I even lost motivation to do anything. I often asked on https://ca.edubirdie.com/do-my-assignment for do my assignmen. But to be honest, if you go to an average university or college, there will be good housing for students. So there are no conclusions here.

I think this prominent site in Midtown should be developed into a student residence like this.
Wow, if I had a campus like this, I'm sure it would be paid.

Two connected hotels moving forward at West Peachtree Street and Baltimore Place. Oddly, one is Hilton and one is Marriott.

Two 12-story hotels are under review on a site at West Peachtree Street and Baltimore Place in Downtown. The property was purchased in 2023 for $8.4 million. The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports that the hotels could bring almost 400 new hotel rooms to the market. One building would be branded as Hilton Worldwide’s micro-hotel brand Motto, and the other as Marriott International’s extended-stay brand TownePlace Suites. The hotels are planned to include a sky lobby, or a hotel lobby that is on the top floor instead of the ground level. BCA-Studios is the architect.

The 12-acre location was purchased at the end of September, with the city announcing it would be redeveloped into a mixed-use project featuring both affordable housing and commercial space in a $450 million project.

This is kind of an odd planning permit. For waitlisted GA Tech students but it's in Bankhead. Not sure how that will work.
392 Tazor St NW, expansion between 50,000 and 249,999 sf
"IHC Development New Mixed-Use Building Project will offer one and two-bedroom furnished and unfurnished apartments to Georgia Tech waitlisted graduate students living with their spouse or domestic partner and/or children. • Students will have the option of a furnished or unfurnished apartment • All rooms available to single-grad students are furnished. • All housing is first come, first served."

I don't think I've seen this posted here. "Ridge Commons" apartments at 1100 Ridge Ave in Peoplestown.

SAP permit approved for the Georgia Pacific building conversion

The proposal calls for more than 400 apartments to be created from offices on the tower’s uppermost floors...
Other notable aspects of the remade Georgia-Pacific tower would include a landscaped, MARTA-connected central plaza spanning 35,000 square feet, facing Peachtree Street along the Atlanta Streetcar line. Plans also call for roughly 125,000 square feet of fresh restaurant, entertainment, and retail spaces that blend “modern design with the building’s historic presence,” project officials have said.

Unfortunately, no. That was Ryan Gravel's proposal several years back that ended up falling through. The current proposal is only 4-6 stories tall and architecturally much less impressive.

Major refurb for 227 10th st NE. Based on the description I believe this is Blakes.

"Removing and replacing a portion of an existing enclosed single-story structure on the same footprint. The interior will be totally gutted and refurbished, with the bar being relocated and additional restroom capacity added. The new structure will also include an attic storage space. As part of the project, the existing deteriorating wood deck will be removed and reconfigured. A pergola will be added to the existing patio."
