As to the neighbourhood.....this is homeless/street people central for Saint John. Waterloo is home to a shelter, a "harm reduction" organization and a homeless encampment with shipping containers (referred to "Area 911" by many due to multiple police calls for service)

Lots of petty property crime (and occasionally violent crime)on a daily basis.
Typical recycling of announcements. In addition to mentioned above, there is 1 Agar Place that deals with social assistance and a 🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵 health centre (no harm in that, just pointing it out). Too many services concentrated on one area IMO. Some Agar Place services are relocating to City Hall building in 2025.

Now they’ve removed the names off the leasing plan. Now is showing as blank.

Looks to be similar in size and units to the Dunnett Dr buildings.

I'll take it, but the materials/finishes don't look particularly robust. Sign of the times I guess. Hey, it's housing.

Two new restaurants are coming soon to SmartCentres. Leasing plan was just recently updated, now showing Osmow's Shawarma and Amritsari Grill as tenants at 70 Consumers Drive. Only unit #10 & #13 are left available in this shopping plaza.

A couple interesting new article headlines on AllNewBrunswick.

- Maple Leaf Homes Buys 15 Acres in North End SJ.

- Spice Shop Owner Launches SJ Indian Restuarant.

I know that the new SJ Indian restaurant is called Amritsari Grill coming soon to 70 Consumers Drive.
But I'm curious to know more about Maple Leaf Homes buying 15 Acres of land in the north end, anyone with access to the article?

Interesting that they show a purchase price of 830K for each of the PANs. I'm assuming SNB does that when a lump sum is paid for multiple PANs from a single seller?
