Currently watching flurries over Midtown from the cam. Hopefully, this dark monolith will start lighting sometime soon.

Another icon for the greatest city in the world! Next up: 350 Park and hopefully, 175 Park.

Can't wait to see some of 270's lighting. Just imagine this view with 350 Park, each tower lit up. It'll look even better with 625 Madison at the end too. We truly are witnessing an unprecedented era for NYC's skyline, this photo would look very different if taken 10 years ago, and will look even more impressive when taken in 10 years time.

Those last night pics definitely have a John Hancock Center vibe.

The quixotic Don Quixote would have gone wild in N.Y.

I can’t wait to see the following in this setting:

1. 350 Park;
2. 175 Park;
3. The new Roosevelt;
4. 625 Madison;
5. 41 W 57th; and
6. Hopefully, something impressive at 12 W 57th.

J.P. Morgan’s Chad Tredway On Commercial Real Estate’s FOMO Wave

By Cathy Cunningham
December 9, 2024

Quote:
.....“J.P. Morgan is such a powerhouse in real estate, because it spans everything we do. We’re one of the biggest users of real estate in the United States, between our branch network and our corporate footprint. We’re one of the biggest lenders in the United States, we’re building one of the largest office buildings in New York on Park Avenue, and we have a top 10 investment management business that spans the globe,” Tredway said. “All of these things came together for me, and it was just so exciting.”
Quote:
.....If you look at our office portfolio, what’s been pretty amazing is some of the bigger leases that we’ve signed, specifically in New York. We’re seeing occupancy at 90 percent or above where it was pre-COVID. We’re seeing cash flow grow. J.P. Morgan has the largest build-to-suit office building underway in the United States. So we’re big believers that office does have a place in real estate.

Do we know if they will light up the cross bracing at night? That'll be iconic.

Renderings seem to suggest it, but we don't know for sure.

Covered in a little snow...
