I'm sure it will (rightfully) be one of the final things remaining for both the Waterline and Waller Creek projects, but all of these pictures certainly have me excited for what that chunk of the creek will finally look like once it's cleaned up and actually landscaped...

Great opportunity for Iron Works bbq to add a patio or deck once the creek is finished.

Just really hope this area gets a lot of use and doesn't just attract the transient crowd and kids who want to spray paint their tags everywhere.

everyone would be much better off if someone dumped all of iron works' jerky-making equipment into the creek and someone else started fresh in their location.

only half kidding, but yeah every single business or property owner would be crazy not to maximize their interaction with waller creek once this stuff is all done.

You’ll have to wait until ~2035 when ProjectConnect finishes. This area of the creek is going to be a permanent construction zone for awhile.

Certainly you do not include Waller Creek from Cesar Chavez to LBL! That section will be finished by next year. Correct?

Correct. Sometime during 2026 anyway. It should be finished all the way up to 4th St.
