Don't you realise that
Brentwood Park is the last remaining example of a post-WW2 bungalow working class neighbourhood? This housing type is a typical example of the type of housing built for the working class population when Burnaby was a quiet residential area. As WW2 vets returned from the war, housing was in short supply so this housing type was rapidly built to support the growing needs of the region. *some more bullshit*
