Projects & Construction:
I want to thank the photographers and local businesses, sharing updates on projects, who make this thread possible. Without you, these updates won't happen. I don't make any money from this and these updates are to share, with both locals and out-of-towners, what is happening in the city they love. Many people reading this are far-away and this allows them to see the projects. If you can, please support any local businesses or follow social pages sharing photographs and thank them.
A lot of job creation/economic development in this week's update! Construction has also started on The Grounds! Lets get updated!

Realty Building Apartments:
With the closing of Mayberry Restaurant, could we see the Realty Building ownership restart plans for 11 apartments in this building? They stopped earlier this year. With an expired lease, the building is no longer generating any revenue and construction planning won't include an operating restaurant with its customers. Maybe... maybe not. I haven't heard anything, but would like to see work restart.

10 West Third:
I thought I would check-in on a few projects we haven't heard from in a long time! Starting with 10 West Third Street. Blue Pearl Restaurant gained permits on November 14, 2024 and the restaurant part of the project appears to be moving forward. The building itself is currently under renovation, with work starting on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
