Took a nice long walk around downtown this morning. This building stands out from the north of portage and main well, helps define the skyline of main going south, and provides a nice border to downtown. also looks cool from the forks and river walk.

Wish I had pics, but my phone camera broke

So does anyone know if the 12th floor is the new final count?
Was it circumcised from 15 to 12? lol

The original render shows the three level podium + 12 floors of suites. There's currently 11 floors of suites from what I can tell. It's been sitting at this height for the past week so either they've shortened the final design or they're just waiting to add the last one..? lol

It would make no sense to cut 1 floor. Give it time.

I don't think they will cap off at 15 either. I found a revised render after some sleuthing...

^^^ Woah, that is a really nice building. I don’t know if it is the best fit for that location, but I guess we will see.

I count 15 stories on the bottom photo. So yes, it looks like it has topped out at 15 stories.

^Coming along nicely. I count 15 stories in that photo so I believe the building has topped out now.

I heard that the owners were pushed to build higher - to 25 stories or so, but the owner had a crane that could accommodate the 15 storeys and that is where it ended up.
